Chris Gayle breaks his ducks, cricketer expecting first child!

West Indies batsman Chris Gayle is set to miss the next two games for his Indian Premier League team Royal Challengers Bangalore, after flying out on Sunday to be with his partner for the birth of their first child.

The Deccan Chronicle and several other media outlets have quoted a source close to the team, conforming that the big-hitting Jamaican has left with the team’s blessing to be with his partner Natasha Berridge, who is expecting their first child.
“Chris flew back immediately after RCB’s last match (against Delhi Daredevils on April 17). We did not expect this. He got a call and flew back home,” the unnamed source was quoted.
36-year-old Gayle is expected to rejoin RCB on April 25 and will be absent for their games against the Mumbai Indians tomorrow and the Rising Pune Supergiants on April 22.
Gayle earlier posted a picture aboard a flight on his Instagram account with the text: “I’m on my way, baby”.
A locally-based source confirmed to The Gleaner that Gayle and his partner are expecting the child to be delivered this week
