Student Stabs Another Repeatedly – Holy Childhood High
According to sources – Two students from Holy Childhood High were injured during a brawl along Half Way Tree Road in St Andrew on Friday.
Details as to what led to the incident, which involved several students of the all-girls school and caused traffic pile up in the busy commercial district, are unclear at this time, but it ended with the two students nursing injuries.
Police have confirmed that students, along with their parents, are now at the Half Way Tree Police Station giving statements.
The incident is the second violent flare up, involving persons associated with an educational institution in the area, this week.
Earlier this week, there was a stabbing and shooting incident at the St Andrew High School for Girls compound which is located just across the road from Holy Childhood. That incident involved two males – a parent and another man. The men were reportedly attending a school leaving ceremony for sixth form students.
Police say the developments have left a dark shadow over the actions of individuals associating themselves to educational institutions that have over the years set very high standards.
