Lamar Odom ventured out Monday night to the Achilles heel of addicts -- an L.A. nightclub.

Lamar hit up The Nice Guy in WeHo with a friend. He left pretty early -- around 10:15 PM -- so he may have just been there for dinner, but it's a long way from his Calabasas rental, and the night was young.

As we reported, Khloe has just thrown in the towel, saying she will no longer act as Lamar's savior, and she's not in the business of trying to help someone who does not want to help himself.
