Devin Di Dakta pleads not guilty to sex assault on go-go

Dancehall entertainer Devin Di Dakta on Tuesday pleaded not guilty to allegations that he sexually assaulted a dancer at a nightclub earlier this year.

The entertainer, whose real name is Anthony Clarke, denied the allegations when he appeared before the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court.

He was recently charged with indecent assault.

Investigators alleged that on January 18, Devin Di Dakta fondled a dancer at the Taboo nightclub, in St Andrew. The complainant filed a report with the police on January 23.

The entertainer had his bail extended until September 5, when he next appears in court.
