FX: J$123.40 to US$1

The Jamaican dollar on Tuesday traded at J$123.40, declining by 22 cents, according to the Bank of Jamaica’s daily foreign exchange trading summary.

The highest sales of US dollars came at $129.82.

Meanwhile, the Canadian dollar ended trading at J$97.35, while the British pound sterling ended trading at J$179.05.

Total foreign exchange activity resulted in US$35.26 million worth of purchases and US$41.19 million worth of sales.
