VIDEO: Woman viciously beaten on bus, driven to police station

A bus driver along with passengers are being lauded on Facebook for helping a victim of domestic abuse.

A video of a woman being violently punched and slapped repeatedly by a man captured the attention of Facebook users with many praising the efforts of the driver and passengers who assisted her.

The three minute-long video shows passengers helping the woman, who held a baby in her hand, as she was being slapped and punched.

Passengers wrestled the baby away from the woman in the midst of her receiving massive blows to the head from the man.

Screams to help the baby and take the woman to the police station could be heard.

However, when the bus arrived at the police station, the woman informed officers that she did not wish to press charges.
